Earlier this week, the December 2025 Genetic Evaluations were released and the consistent performance of the STgenetics®’ diverse sire lineup was once again realized. Following the December 2025 Genetic Summary by Holstein Association USA, STgenetics® is home to four of the five top NM$ sires in the breed. These include #1 GARZA at +1167 NM$, #2 DOMINANCE at +1112 NM$, #4 CAPTAIN at +1076 NM$, and #5 THORSON at +1063 NM$. These sires highlight the steady progress that comes from a long-term approach built on reliability and direction.
GARZA continues to rank among the top sires of the breed on the Holstein Association Top 100 International TPI® Bull List, carrying on the strength of his sire line. At +3464 TPI, GARZA is ranked second on the list and is +1516 Milk +196 CFP +3.8 PL & A2A2.
DOMINANCE made impressive gains in TPI and NM$ following the release of the Genetic Evaluations, increasing 60 points in TPI to +3458 TPI and 48 points in +1112 NM$. He also increased to +131 Fat and +.26% and +65 Protein and +.06%. DOMINANCE continues to bring a tremendous amount of diversity, production & health, creating profitable and long-lasting cows at +3.2 PL and A2A2.
CAPTAIN’s global consistency and stability continue to shine as he now has over 12,000 daughters in his proof and maintained a strong position on the TPI list at +3428 TPI. At +1946 Milk +120 Fat and +67 Protein, A2A2 and +3.6 PL, CAPTAIN is consistently delivering long-lasting cows that add milk and components to producers’ tanks.
DELUXE held strong on the list increasing to +3325 TPI and +1696 Milk. His components also held steady at +129 Fat, +56 Prot and +1.05 PTAT. Additionally, DELUXE is A2A2 and +1154 Eco$.
In Canada, JOHNBOY’s consistency continued on the Top 100 Holstein Bulls by LPI from Lactanet. JOHNBOY rose to +3829 GLPI and +2767 PRO$ and now has over 700 daughters in 192 herds. He held steady at +106 kg Fat and +.54%, +86 kg Prot and +.38% and is +11 Conformation.
PENZA made impressive increases to +3550 GLPI and +2547 PRO$. His milk and components also went up to +1206 kg Milk, +140 kg and +.75% Fat +80 kg and +.31% Prot. PENZA is also A2A2.
MYLO is a leading GPA-LPI at +3993 and +3301 PRO$ choice with an excellent combination of Milk, Fat and Type. This Balanced Breeding Sire is +1331 kg Milk, +115 kg Fat +.51%, +67 kg Prot +.18% and is +9 Conformation.
STgenetics® had some exciting new sires enter the Proven lineup and secure spots in the top 25 on the Top 100 International TPI® Bulls list, including JULIUS, RIVERA, PIPELINE and MIGUEL.
JULIUS is a CAPTAIN son from the same maternal line as JOHNBOY that made his debut coming in at number 13 on the list at +3299 TPI. Like his sire, he is a milk and components leader at +1894 Milk, 110 Fat and +64 Prot. He is also A2A2, +904 CM$ +1094 Eco$ and +2.6 PL.
RIVERA is a Health Traits Specialist at +3.4 PL, +1.0 CCR and +1.8 LIV. At +3269 TPI, RIVERA also brings a balance of components and sustainable genetics with +146 CFP, A2A2 and an EcoFeed®heifer designation.
Putting more milk in the tank is PIPELINE at +3268 TPI and +2122 Milk. This Robotic Milking Sire is +105 Fat, A2A2 and +1015 Eco$.
At +3263 TPI, MIGUEL rounds out the STgenetics® new Proven sires in the top 25 on the TPI list. Being +1317 Milk +2.2 PL, +.57 Type and +.99 UDC, MIGUEL looks to make long-lasting profitable cows.
STgenetics® released a total of 35 new sires - 33 Holsteins along with one Ayrshire and one Jersey - following the December 2025 Genetic Evaluations. The Holstein sires averaged +3401 GTPI and +999 NM$, providing a plethora of diversity being sired by 18 different bulls. 24 of these sires are above +150 CFP and 21 of them are above +3.0 PL and +.49 CCR. Twenty-nine of the 33 Holsteins are positive for UDC and 14 bring the modern sized cow today’s breeders are looking to add to their herd. The group also includes two Slick Bulls and three Polled and Red Carrier sires.
GARDNER is the newest Jersey sire from STgenetics®. He is the #2 JPI and CM$ sire in their lineup at +162 JPI and +477 CM$. He brings a balance of Type and Production being +1.10 GPTAT, +20.2 JUI and +1000 Milk. He is also +4.4 PL.
The Ayrshire sire JOCKO comes in at +473 PTI being +650 Milk, +1.7 PL, +1.6 LIV and +.5 CCR. He is also +.20 GPTAT.
All of these new release sires are available in Ultraplus High Purity™, the most innovative and fertile female-sorted semen, with 96-97% gender accuracy.
STgenetics® young sires once again performed well following the release of the December 2025 Genetic Evaluations, where many held strong on the Top 200 TPI® Genomic Young Bulls list from Holstein Association USA. This group was led by YESTERDAY at +3524 GTPI, JZ at +3519 GTPI, YOUDONTSAY at +3504 GTPI and OMEGA at +3502 GTPI.
Additionally, STgenetics® continues to push the industry norms with the that is the next level of sustainability, Eco$. STgenetics® colored breed lineups also held steady following the December 2025 Genetic Summary. GORMAN is STgenetics® highest JPI sire at +172 JPI, +433 CM$, +422 NM$ and increased to +18.3 JUI. GARLAND came in as the #3 Proven sire in the breed at +146 JPI. He is +716 Milk, +.80 GPTAT and +19.9 JUI. Proven sire LASPADA continues to impress as he adds daughters being +103 JPI, +100 NM$, +.80 PTAT and +19.9 JUI, while CANADIAN CLUB daughters impress with their Type and Udders at +1.10 PTAT and +20.8 JUI.
In Canada, STyle™ sires, KID ROCK and CANADIAN CLUB are now Proven and secured the top two spots on the Top 50 Jersey Bulls for Conformation published by Lactanet. KID ROCK was the top sire at +20 Conf and CANADIAN CLUB was second at +17 Conf.
THE WAY is now STgenetics® top PPR sire at +151 PPR. He increased to +1204 Milk, and is +661 CM$, +4.0 PL, +2.3 CCR and +2.2 LIV. TESLA is next on STgenetics® Brown Swiss PPR list at +147 PPR and is +1399 Milk, +118 CFP and +.70 GPTAT.
